While traditional lead-acid and AGM truck batteries typically last 3 to 5 years, a high-quality LiFePO4 truck starting battery can last 8 to 10 years or more under proper charging conditions. Its longer lifespan comes from a higher cycle life, better resistance to deep discharge, and reduced sulfation compared to lead-acid batteries.
